We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Postal orders and cheques should be made payable to "Motorsavers" and sent to the address found on our contact us page.

We also accept payment by Paypal.

Shipping and Handling

We ship items Monday - Friday every week using our reliable couriers.

Order by 2pm during these days for same day despatch (as long as the item is in stock.)

If the item is currently out of stock we will contact you via email with an approximate delivery date or other options.

Delivery is normally within 1-2 days after dispatch to the Mainland UK and within 3-4 days to offshore and remote locations.

Our standard postage cost is for delivery to the UK Mainland ONLY. This excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man & any offshore destinations. We can deliver to these areas but extra delivery costs will be incurred. Please add the item to your basket to view the delivery options.

Due to security reasons, we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses.

Your Security and Credit Card Security

We value your security and as such have done our utmost to ensure that none of your personal information is at risk while you are visiting our site.

We use a secure server to process your payment and you will be transferred to the secure server prior to your payment details being requested. The secure server uses 128 bit encryption and as such you can feel confident that your details cannot be intercepted by any third party at any point during the transaction. 128 bit encryption is the strongest form of encryption available.

Back Orders

If the item is currently out of stock we will contact you via email with an approximate delivery date or other options.

If your item is not in stock, you will be given the option to back order it. If you choose to back order, you will be given an expected date for delivery and we will do our utmost to keep to that date, although we are at the mercy of our suppliers. Back orders will attract a 50% deposit at the point of ordering and will have the balance charged in full as soon as the product is despatched.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with any product that you buy from A1 Bikes.

In the unlikely event that you need to return anything to us, please contact us by calling 01733 565059 or email us using the contact form on the contact us page.

If any goods are returned owing to an error on our part, we will gladly cover the postage charges.

If any goods are returned unwanted or incorrectly ordered by you, we will either exchange or refund provided that all goods are returned in a perfect, saleable condition within 7 days. However, there will be a collection fee of £15 for our courier to do this.

If any goods are returned which you feel are faulty, we will usually either repair or replace it free of charge if these are found to be a genuine fault of the manufacturer. Alternatively we will send the replacement parts to solve the problem.

It is important to keep all of the original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase as these are required if the item is needed to be collected by our courier.

Warranty

All of our products come with a year's manufacturer's guarantee.

If any parts are missing, faulty, or develop a fault during the 12 month guarantee period, we will send out replacements free of charge, so long as they are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Any labour/fitting charges are the responsibility of the customer.
